 NO EXCUSE's main goal is to enable all individuals, regardless of background, to obviously improve their fitness level,  but to also embrace their given situation and realize that there should be NOEXCUSE to incorporate some type of fitness into their lives.

About Trainer/Coach Brian

Brian established NO EXCUSE Fitness and Lifestyle Training in 2002. He has been training in the fitness industry for well over 25 years and has over 20,000 training hours under his belt.

His client base, range from Weekend Warriors, High School, University, Professional and Olympic Athletes, Celebrities, as well as Pre-Natal and Rehabilitation fitness clients, all ranging from 12-80+ years old.

It all starts with being "S,M,A,R,T" (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely) Goal Setting, which is then backed by Functional Strength Training and proper Nutritional Education

Quarterly assessments are done to track your progress and continuous contact, via e-mail or phone is done to keep you headed in the right direction.

Although fitness is the business, I know customer service is just as important. You’ll have nothing but top notch courtesy and etiquette  at all times. 

  • No water, I’ll have something to wet that palette.
